Spent Christmas with family at a hotel with professional and super friendly staff. the spacious and clean room was a bonus. the food was very good too. the hotel is located in a key location which made it easy to move around and explore the area. they had great family-friendly activities which were enjoyable for all!

The pool was a bit small and was always packed during rush hour, which made it difficult to enjoy. It would also be great if they offered a few complimentary toiletries such as body lotion and conditioner in the room.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! the staff were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, providing ample space for our family. the food at the hotel was delicious, and we never had a bad meal. the location was convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and beautiful views of the surrounding area. the pool was a great place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring.

The pool was a bit crowded during busy times, making it hard to fully enjoy.

The food was decent and the staff were quite helpful. The location was also quite convenient and close to everything. the room was quite spacious and comfortable which made our stay more enjoyable.

I didn't like the fact that the pool was overcrowded and had very limited space. We also had to wait for ages just to be able to use it.
